Oregon Sunstone Outlet Online Return Policy
New merchandise may be exchanged or returned for refund with your original packing slip subject to the conditions listed below. Oregon Sunstone Outlet reserves the right to decline any return or exchange where the product is not in "like-new" condition. "Like-new" means the complete product in the original carton with all items, packaging, and accessories. Returns / exchanges require a confirmation from our Customer Service at 1-503-668-9837, M-F 10am - 10pm, Sat 10am - 6pm PST, Sunday Closed. Shipping charges incurred in connection with the exchange or return of new merchandise are non-refundable.

Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase, provided the merchandise is in "like-new" condition - the complete product in the original carton with all, packaging, warranties, and accessories. A 15% Open Box Fee will be charged on all returns and exchanges unless the product is defective and is exchanged for different item of same or lesser value.

Non-returnable and non-refundable items
Special buy or clearance items are not returnable unless otherwise indicated on the label attached to the product.

Refunds will take up to 14 business days to process from the date that Oregon Sunstone Outlet receives the merchandise, and will be credited to the credit card or debit card account used for the original purchase.

Bargain Bin Items
Because of the nature of our Bargain Bin products, returns are available for defective merchandise only, and available for seven (7) days after you receive the product.

Bargain Bin products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, which includes the complete product in the original carton with all packaging, warranties, manuals and accessories.
